The Bristol Fringe

Located in the heart of Clifton Village, The Bristol Fringe is an independent pub and live music venue known for its eclectic programming, welcoming atmosphere, and great drinks.

Redgrave Theatre

The Redgrave Theatre is a small yet unique venue that hosts a variety of productions and events, both commercially and internally. The theatre can seat 318 audience members at any given time, along with a small foyer area which includes a bar and box office. The theatre has grown in popularity since it opened back in 1966. Today, the theatre continues to bring the top talent and highest rated shows to its door, allowing audiences to continually be entertained.

Heron Books

Established in October 2022, this independent bookshop began its journey in the historic Clifton Arcade, Bristol, before moving to larger (but still cosy) premises at 7a Regent Street, Clifton. Passionate about all things literary, the team loves nothing more than talking about books—especially those featuring a heron. Alongside its carefully curated selection, the bookshop also hosts a number of literary events, bringing readers and writers together in a welcoming community space.

Clifton’s historic railway opened in 1893, connecting Clifton to Hotwells and the Bristol Harbour. During WWII, the lower station served as an air raid and BBC broadcast base.
